Fantastic service. I went to the Kilimani branch. I've never waxed another area but my face. This time I went for full legs and a full Brazilian. The technician (Winnie) reassured me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. She knows her job and does it with great attention to detail. I left there feeling confident and smooth. The place is very clean, and the staff are professional and welcoming.

Had a molato scrub done by Priscilla. She is very gentle, professional and amiable. She explained and guided every step as I asked. Overall a great experience and I will recommend and be back for more services
